Instructions: Cover flat surface with newspaper and supply cups of water to wash paintbrush to change colours. Apply 1-2 coats of paint onto wooden cut outs. Supply a paper plate per glitter colour. Place wet painted creation onto plate and sprinkle glitter to stick on wet paint using paper plate to catch excess glitter to create fun sparkly works of art.
