Returns Policy
Returns for refunds will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
Customers must contact Just Kidding Around for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. There will be no returns acceptance fee charged to the customer. Courier costs are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to Just Kidding Around in its original condition.
Any incorrect, missing, or faulty items received must be reported to Just Kidding Around within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This can be reported by email or phone.
If item(s) received are not what you ordered, please do not open the sealed packaging. Any attempt to use the incorrect item(s) will be deemed as acceptance by the customer as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be made.
Just Kidding Around owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that may have been dispatched in error.
